Complete document requirements for VFS submission
Primary Documents
- Appointment confirmation letter & signed visa application form.
- Confirmed round-trip flight reservations & hotel vouchers.
- Travel Insurance with minimum €30,000 / $50,000 coverage.
- Valid original passport (min 6 months validity) & bio page photocopies.
- 2 passport size photos (35–45 mm width).
Financial Status (A4 Format Stamped Statements)
- 6 months bank statement (original stamped and signed by bank).
- Self-Employed: Company letterhead, business card, 2-3 years ITR, GST certificate.
- Employed: NOC from employer, 6 months salary slips, 2 years ITR.
- Invitee/Sponsor: Host invitation letter, resident ID proof, sponsor 6-month bank statement.
