  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our operations or sales team.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after receiving the same from the respective supplier (airline, hotel, cruise, insurance company, or any other third party).
  • The processing time for refunds is typically 15–45 working days from the date we receive the supplier's credit.
  • Refunds are issued in the original mode of payment or as travel credits (if requested by the customer).
  • Certain booking charges, service fees, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
  • Trippovention does not bear responsibility for supplier delays in processing refunds.

Flight Bookings

Domestic & International

  • Airline tickets are subject to the individual airline's refund and cancellation policy.
  • Refunds depend on the fare type (Refundable / Non-Refundable / Partially Refundable) and cancellation timeline.
  • Once a ticket is issued, any cancellation or modification will incur applicable airline penalties and Trippovention service charges.
  • In cases of flight rescheduling, delays, or operational cancellations by the airline, the refund or rebooking option will be processed as per the airline's final decision.
  • Refunds will be made only after the airline confirms and transfers the applicable amount to Trippovention.

Domestic & International

  • Each hotel has its own cancellation and refund policy, which will apply to your booking.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the check-in date and cancellation timeline shared during booking.
  • Non-refundable rates or "no-show" bookings are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a hotel is unable to provide the booked service due to operational issues, Trippovention will coordinate for a full or partial refund, as per the hotel's approval.

Holiday Packages

  • Refunds for holiday packages depend on the cancellation date, the type of services booked, and supplier rules.
  • Airfare, hotel bookings, and activity costs included in a package follow their individual supplier cancellation policies.

  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions, or pandemic-related disruptions), refund eligibility will depend on supplier discretion and applicable conditions.

Visa Services

  • Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
  • Embassy or consulate decisions are beyond Trippovention's control, and no refund will be issued for visa rejections, delays, or withdrawals.
  • If a visa application is cancelled before submission to the embassy, only a partial refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting administrative costs.
Important: Visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.

  • Cruise deposits and payments are subject to the cruise line's own refund and cancellation policy.

  • Trippovention acts as a facilitator and will process refunds only after receiving the refund amount or credit confirmation from the cruise company.

Travel Insurance

  • Once issued, travel insurance policies cannot be refunded, transferred, or cancelled, as per the terms of the respective insurance provider.
  • In cases of claim rejection or policy disputes, customers must contact the insurance company directly.
  • Trippovention's role is limited to policy issuance and does not include refund or claim handling on behalf of insurers.
Note: All insurance claims must be processed directly with the insurance provider.

Force Majeure Refunds

In cases where travel services are disrupted due to unavoidable events such as natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, refund eligibility will depend solely on the supplier's terms and conditions.

Trippovention will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in securing applicable refunds or credits, but cannot guarantee compensation in such scenarios.

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment mode used during booking (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
