Use of the Website

  • The content and information on our website are provided for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use to help customers plan and book travel services.
  • You agree not to use the website for any fraudulent, speculative, or unauthorized activity, including attempts to damage, hack, or overload our systems.
  • All materials (text, graphics, images, and logos) on our website are the intellectual property of Trippovention and cannot be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
  • Although we strive for accuracy, prices, availability, and offers may change without prior notice due to dynamic market or supplier updates.

Flight Bookings

Domestic & International

  • All flight fares are subject to real-time availability and confirmation from the airline at the time of ticket issuance.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until full or advance payment is made and the ticket is issued.
  • Once issued, airline policies will govern all amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Any fare difference due to change in travel dates or route must be borne by the passenger.

Hotel Bookings

Domestic & International

  • Hotel confirmations depend on availability at the time of booking.
  • To secure a reservation, an advance deposit or full payment may be required as per the hotel's policy.
  • Changes or cancellations will follow the respective hotel's terms, which will be shared with the customer at the time of booking.

Holiday Packages

  • Holiday packages include various components (flights, hotels, transfers, activities, etc.), each governed by the supplier's individual terms.
  • To confirm a package, an initial deposit (as per the quotation) must be paid. The balance payment must be made before the due date shared by our team.
  • In case of any delay in payment, Trippovention reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the applicable cancellation charges.

Visa Assistance Services

  • Trippovention provides visa facilitation services and guidance but does not guarantee approval — the decision solely rests with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
  • Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected or delayed.
  • It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure correct documentation and adherence to embassy guidelines.

Cruise Bookings

  • Cruise fares and cabin availability are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit payment.
  • Balance payment deadlines are determined by the cruise operator and must be strictly followed.
  • Any amendment or cancellation will be subject to the cruise line's individual policies.
  • Trippovention will assist with coordination but cannot be held liable for itinerary changes or operational delays by the cruise company.

Travel Insurance

  • Trippovention assists customers in obtaining travel insurance policies from registered insurance providers.
  • The coverage, claim process, and liability are entirely governed by the respective insurance company's terms.
  • We are not responsible for claim approvals, rejections, or processing delays by the insurer.

General Payment Conditions

  • All bookings are confirmed only after payment and issuance of official confirmation or voucher.
  • For international transactions, the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable on the date of payment will be used for INR conversion.
  • Payments once made are non-transferable and subject to cancellation terms of the respective service providers.

Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

  • Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing via email to our operations team.
  • Each supplier (airline, hotel, cruise, or other) has its own cancellation and refund policy, which will apply to your booking.
  • Refund processing may take 15–45 working days after receiving the refund from the concerned supplier.
  • If travel services are disrupted due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), Trippovention will assist you in obtaining applicable refunds or rebooking options as per supplier terms.

Traveller Responsibilities

  • The traveller is responsible for providing accurate details (name, passport number, travel dates, etc.) at the time of booking.
  • For international travel, the traveller must hold valid passports, visas, and required travel permits.
  • Trippovention will not be liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
  • We strongly recommend all travellers purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and delays.

Limitation of Liability

  • Trippovention acts as a booking intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, cruises, insurance companies, etc.).
  • While we take care to select trusted partners, we do not operate or control these services directly.
  • Trippovention is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, overbookings, loss of services, or any act beyond our control.
  • Our liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure

Trippovention shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or airline/hotel operational issues.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
