- Form 14A: Visa Application Form, duly filled and signed by the applicant.
- Valid Passport: At least 6 months' validity from the date of departure from Singapore.
- Photographs: 2 recent colour photographs (35 mm × 45 mm): white background, matte finish, taken within last 3 months, one pasted on Form 14A and cross-signed.
- Cover / Request Letter: Detailing travel dates, itinerary, and purpose of visit.
- Flight & Hotel Vouchers: Confirmed return air ticket and confirmed hotel booking.
- Passport Copy: Photocopy of bio-data page and last page of passport.
- Personal Bank Statement: Bank statement for last 6 months with bank stamp/signature and minimum INR 1,00,000 balance per applicant.
Invitee / Host Documents in Singapore
- Invitation Letter: Signed invitation letter from the host in Singapore.
- Invitee Passport Copy: Photo and address pages of the host/invitee's passport.
- Current Status Proof: Employment Pass, S Pass, PR, or valid visa copy of the host.
- FIN ID Card: Copy of FIN ID card (front and back).
- Occupation Proof: Host's employment certificate or occupation proof (if available).

- Business Registration: Company Registration Proof or GST Certificate.
B. Salaried / Employed Applicants
- Personal Bank Statement: Statement for the last 6 months with bank stamp & signature.
- NOC Letter: No Objection Certificate (NOC) on company letterhead.
- Salary Slips: Official salary slips for the last 6 months.
- Personal ITR: Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years.
C. For Retired Applicants
- Retirement certificate / pension approval letter
- Pension statements (last 6 months)

D. If Sponsored
- Sponsor Identification: Sponsor's Passport, PAN card, or Resident Permit copy.
