Primary Travel Documents
- Application Form 14A: Duly filled in block letters and signed by the applicant.
- Original Passport: Passport with at least 6 months validity beyond departure date from Singapore.
- Passport Photocopies: Clear color copy of passport's first (photo page) and last (address page) pages.
- Cover/Request Letter: Stating travel dates, purpose of visit, and complete day-by-day travel itinerary.
- Confirmed Travel Tickets: Round-trip air tickets to and from Singapore.
- Hotel Vouchers: Confirmed hotel bookings covering the entire duration of stay.
Passport Photograph Specifications
- 2 Recent Photographs: Taken within the last 3 months.
- Dimensions: 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border.
- Background & Finish: Matt finish against a plain white background.
- Facial Image: 25 mm to 35 mm from chin to crown (full face, clear features).
- One photo pasted on Form 14A and cross-signed by applicant.
Financial Proof & Bank Statement
- Personal Bank Statement: Statement of personal bank account for the last 6 months.
- Minimum Balance: Minimum closing balance of INR 75,000 per person.
- Bank Validation: Must carry official stamp and signature from bank authority on every page.
Category-Specific Additional Requirements
A. For Salaried Employees:
- Original NOC (No Objection Certificate) on company letterhead.
- Salary Slips for the last 6 months.
- Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 2 years.
B. For Self-Employed / Business Owners:
- Covering letter printed on official company letterhead.
- Visiting / Business Card.
- Company & Personal bank statements for last 6 months (stamped & signed).
- Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 2 years.
- GST Certificate or Business Registration Proof.
C. If Travel is Sponsored:
- Sponsor's ID Proof (Passport / PAN Card / Resident Permit).
- Sponsor's last 6 months stamped bank statement & salary slips.
- Sponsor's personal ITR for last 2 years.
