Required Documents for Thailand Visa for Indians

If you are employed 

  • Current Account Bank Statement of last 6 months (stamp and signature required from the bank official
  • NOC on the letter head
  • Salary slips of last 6 months
  • Personal ITR of last 2 years.

If you are self-employed 

  • Company Registration
  • Current Account Bank Statement of last 6 months (stamp and signature required from the bank official)

If you are a student

  • School / College / Institute ID Card. 

If you are a minor 

  • Parental NOC on Rs. 100 stamp paper / non-accompanying parent’s NOC. / Parent’s ID proof (Passport/PAN card).

Students above 16 years old

  • Copy of the student college ID card and introduction letter of the School/College/University.

Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents

  • Written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian
  • Certified by public notary.

Children under 18 years old, travelling alone

  • Written consent letter of both parents and legal guardian
  • Certified by public notary.

In all cases

  • Copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license.

If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 years

  • Refusal notice or a written explanation about the reasons of refusal.

If sponsored 

  • Sponsorship letter.
  • The sponsor’s ID, such as a passport, PAN card, or residence permit, is needed for verification.
  • The sponsor’s ID includes a passport, PAN card, or residency permit, serving as official proof of nationality.
  • Submit a recent bank statement from the last 6 months.
  • Income tax returns for the past 3 years. (For Business Visa)
  • An invite from the hosting firm, outlining the trip’s objective, corporate particulars, and so onward.
  • Personalized letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
