This Agreement is effective from the date the Participant accepts these Terms. Partner may terminate this Agreement at any time through the Platform, and Trippovention will attempt to stop serving advertisements within forty-eight (48) hours of such termination. As long as a request remains in effect, these Terms and Conditions will also remain in effect. Neither Trippovention nor any of its Affiliates will have any other liability of any kind to Partners or its Customers.

During the term of this Agreement, Partner will have a privacy policy governing Partner’s use of End Users’ personal information that meets or exceeds any applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the use of such information. Both parties will ensure that any collection, use and disclosure of information obtained pursuant to this Agreement complies with all applicable laws, regulations and privacy policies, including all requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act. Partner agrees not to send any unsolicited, commercial email or other online communications (e.g., “spam”) to Trippovention Users and will comply with all applicable Trippovention policies regarding bulk mail.

For purposes of any email or advertising placement, Partner designates Trippovention as the sender to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. This Section shall survive the completion, termination, expiration or cancellation of this Agreement for a period of five (5) years.
