- Copy of the student college ID card and introduction letter of the School/College/University.
Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents
- Written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian
- Certified by public notary.

In all cases
- Copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license.

- Sponsorship letter.

- An invite from the hosting firm, outlining the trip’s objective, corporate particulars, and so onward.
- Personalized letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
Note : 2 coloured photographs with plain white backgrounds having size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, not older than 6 months, face and eyes are in direct position to the camera taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly and printed on a good quality paper.
