Required Documents for Australia Visa for Indians
- Valid national passport: Valid passport with at least six months validity on the date of departure from Australia.
- Scanned copy of all used Passport pages.
- A visa application form fully completed and signed by the applicant.
- One recent photograph as per the specification *
- Previous passport : Scanned copy of all used Passport pages along with front and back pages.
- Personal covering letter: Original letter with travel plan. If the applicant is submitting applications for their family, every application must include a duplicate of the cover letter.
- Confirmed air tickets in and out of Australia.
- Evidence of confirmed hotel/accommodation reservation in Australia with address and contact number under applicant’s name. If traveling in a group, a cover letter must be submitted listing all names and passport numbers, itinerary, and accommodations.
- Travel Insurance: Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro / 50,000 USD / 50,000 CHF per person. Coverage of all expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and/or emergency hospital treatment.
If you are employed
- Current Account Bank Statement of last 6 months (stamp and signature required from the bank official
- NOC on the letter head
- Salary slips of last 6 months
- Personal ITR of last 2 years.
If you are self-employed
- Company Registration
- Current Account Bank Statement of last 6 months (stamp and signature required from the bank official)
- ITR of last 2 years & Recent 3 month pays slip.
If you are retired
- Confirmation of retirement like pension book, statement etc.
If you are a student
- School / College / Institute ID Card.
If you are a minor
- Parental NOC on Rs. 100 stamp paper / non-accompanying parent’s NOC. / Parent’s ID proof (Passport/PAN card).
Students above 16 years old
- Copy of the student college ID card and introduction letter of the School/College/University.
Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents
- Written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian
- Certified by public notary.
Children under 18 years old, travelling alone
- Written consent letter of both parents and legal guardian
- Certified by public notary.
In all cases
- Copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license.
If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 years
- Refusal notice or a written explanation about the reasons of refusal.
If sponsored
- Sponsorship letter.
- The sponsor’s ID, such as a passport, PAN card, or residence permit, is needed for verification.
- The sponsor’s ID includes a passport, PAN card, or residency permit, serving as official proof of nationality.
- Submit a recent bank statement from the last 6 months.
- Income tax returns for the past 3 years. (For Business Visa)
- An invite from the hosting firm, outlining the trip’s objective, corporate particulars, and so onward.
- Personalized letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
