- Written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian
- Certified by public notary.

- Written consent letter of both parents and legal guardian
- Certified by public notary.
In all cases
- Copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license.
If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 years
- Refusal notice or a written explanation about the reasons of refusal.
If sponsored
- Sponsorship letter.
- The sponsor’s ID, such as a passport, PAN card, or residence permit, is needed for verification.
- The sponsor’s ID includes a passport, PAN card, or residency permit, serving as official proof of nationality.
- Submit a recent bank statement from the last 6 months.
- Income tax returns for the past 3 years. (For Business Visa)
- An invite from the hosting firm, outlining the trip’s objective, corporate particulars, and so onward.
- Personalized letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
Note : 2 coloured photographs with plain white backgrounds having size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, not older than 6 months, face and eyes are in direct position to the camera taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly and printend on a good quality paper.
