At Trippovention, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your travel arrangements. Our refund policy is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind.
Terms & Conditions
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your scheduled departure date,
you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date will receive
a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days
before departure.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings, such as special promotions, last-minute deals, or specific travel packages, may bemarked as non-refundable at the time ofpurchase. These bookings are not eligible for refundsregardless of the cancellation date.
Modifications to Bookings
You can change the dates of your trip up to 15 days before your departure. Please
note that any difference in fare or additional fees will be applied.
Changing the destination of your trip is subject to availability and any applicable fare differences.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at emergency@trippovention.com or call +91 124 418 2575. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 days. business days from the date of cancellation.
Special Circumstances
In the case of a medical emergency, please provide a medical certificate, and we will review your request for a refund or rescheduling.
If government-imposed travel restrictions affect your trip, we will offer options for rescheduling or refunds as per the guidelines provided.
